WEDNESDAY: WALK 5.6 km. Started off quite slowly as the knee felt stiff, but warmed up after 1/2 hour and started striding out a bit more. No pain. yay.
Met Dave aka O Runner, instantly recognisable in a CR singlet.

Hi Louise,
Great to meet you the other night. Sorry I missed you at the end, I changed shirts and saw you finish. Was going to catch up but you were chatting with friends and when I turned my back you were gone!
