73.0 kg this morning. sheesh!
All hail to the deities Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Oprah, and Women's Weekly, I have sinned badly this week. I have had fish and chips, Nando's chicken burger and chips, Fasta Pasta and garlic bread, multiple Cokes, K-Time muffin bars and $1 chocolates from the office machines, and cheese and crackers for dinner more than once.
All Crap.
Obviously, if I am to become a lean, mean, running machine, I need to not eat these things.
I'm also dehydrated. I've had a nagging dehydrated sort of a headache off-and-on since Monday night. The water at work tastes pretty ordinary (I think the filter needs changing), and Coke goes better with crap food anyway. I've just bought a powerade (and an apricot bar thing (on special)) to kill it once and for all. It's nice and sweet, and nearly gone already.

I'm reading it. Wasn't sure if you meant deities or dieties? Is Jared a demigod? My wife told me how much fat is in some of the Fasta Pasta meals, I thought that stuff was supposed to be healthy!

There is a vending machine directly outside my office door and I have fallen prey to "Baby Ruth" bars the past week or so....
As I eat my brown rice and edeme for lunch, I am trying to climb back out the healthy eating wagon.
I feel hungry just reading that stuff.
