8 Mile
Well, not even 8 km, but after watching the movie 8 Mile on TV last night, I suddenly really wanted to go for a run. I had Eminem on endless loop in my head as I headed out at 11pm for a quiet shuffle up the Trail. A full moon meant that I didn't need the torch, and I didn't see anyone else out enjoying the moonlight either.

Running by moonlight sounds fun. I know another runner who used to go out at 11pm rather than miss a day so you're not alone Louise ;)
Was that the Warby Trail? As much as I loved it, I think I would be a little nervous to go by myself at that time of night.....I'll bet it was pretty in the moonlight though *sigh*
I seen that movie at the cinemas on its opening night and I think I was the oldest person there. Very weird.
